今年的主題是“聽見未來，從預(yù)防開始”，耳部疾病預(yù)防再度引發(fā)社會關(guān)注。一條有關(guān)兒童用藥不當(dāng)致聾的公益廣告，也于近期在社交刷屏。統(tǒng)計顯示，有類似遭遇的兒童，我國每年約有3萬名之多。針對這一問題以及防范方法，北京晨報記者日前采訪了相關(guān)專家。

專家表示，造成兒童耳聾的主要藥物是氨基糖甙類藥物。因此，兒童用藥應(yīng)格外謹(jǐn)慎，原則上不使用有明確耳毒性的氨基糖甙類藥物。此外，兒童中存在藥物性致聾基因攜帶者，一旦接觸此類藥物，極易致聾。通過耳聾基因檢測，可盡早發(fā)現(xiàn)，避免藥物性耳聾的發(fā)生。

藥物性耳聾源自基因突變

在上面提到的公益廣告中，一位5歲小朋友說道，自己因為3年前發(fā)高燒用藥不當(dāng)逐漸喪失聽力。在以往的新聞報道中，也曾出現(xiàn)過兒童因為治療感冒等常見病用藥不當(dāng)造成耳聾的案例。

據(jù)國家食藥監(jiān)總局南方醫(yī)藥經(jīng)濟(jì)研究所等發(fā)布的《2016年兒童用藥安全調(diào)查報告baipi》顯示，我國每年因用藥不當(dāng)約有3萬名兒童耳聾。

對于因用藥不當(dāng)致聾的兒童在耳聾患者中的比例，北京電力醫(yī)院耳科專業(yè)副主任醫(yī)師趙亮進(jìn)行了估算，他舉例說，“1999年，上海對市屬的4所聾啞學(xué)校共計275名學(xué)生進(jìn)行調(diào)查，明確因藥物導(dǎo)致耳聾的孩子占71%;其他地區(qū)的報道顯示，藥物性耳聾的比例也多在50%上下。我國有聽力殘疾的總?cè)藬?shù)約2780萬，按照這個比例計算，藥物性耳聾的兒童人群是相當(dāng)龐大的。”
