FOCUS產(chǎn)品使用簡介
第二個階段，向抗原孔中加入熒光標(biāo)記的人抗體，使抗原抗體復(fù)合物與熒光標(biāo)記的羊抗人抗體反應(yīng)后，洗凈，烘干，封片后用熒光顯微鏡檢查，明顯熒光顯色的樣本為陽性。將陽性樣本稀釋后用終點(diǎn)滴度方法可進(jìn)行半定量檢測
熒光免疫檢測技術(shù)原理
如檢查未知抗原，先用已知未標(biāo)記的特異抗體（*抗體）與抗原標(biāo)本進(jìn)行反應(yīng)，用水洗去未反應(yīng)的抗體，再用標(biāo)記的抗抗體（第二抗體）與抗原標(biāo)本反應(yīng)，使之形成抗原—抗體—抗體復(fù)合物，再用水洗去未反應(yīng)的標(biāo)記抗體，干燥、封片后鏡檢。如果檢查未知抗體，則表明抗原標(biāo)本是已知的，待檢血清為*抗體，其它步驟的抗原檢查相同。
